The purpose of this module is to equip students majoring in the Discipline of Management and Entrepreneurship with a sound understanding of the fundamental principles underlying the crafting, executing and aligning of business strategies. The focus of this course will be on four critical areas: the scope and dynamics of strategic management; concepts and analytical tools; crafting a strategy to create sustainable high performance; and executing and aligning the strategy.

Students will be exposed to the latest developments in the field of strategy that will equip those wanting to enter postgraduate studies and those seeking employment in businesses management or consulting with the requisite knowledge and analytical skills.
